We will only share your data with third parties for their own marketing if you give explicit consent.

When you subscribe to our email or SMS marketing, we collect and use your data to deliver personalised, relevant communications.

Email marketing is managed through Omnisend. SMS marketing is managed through Attentive.

  • Trigger automated flows (welcome series, back-in-stock, abandoned cart, browse-based triggers)

Engagement tracking 

  • Omnisend tracks email opens, clicks, device type, and approximate location 

  • Attentive tracks SMS delivery, clicks, device type, and time of engagement 

Personalisation & segmentation 

We use your behaviour to segment customers, tailor timing and frequency, and personalise content across email and SMS. 

How long we keep marketing data 

We retain marketing data while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain limited information to ensure we respect your opt-out. 

Withdrawing consent 

You can unsubscribe at any time by: 

  • Clicking “unsubscribe” in any email 

  • Replying STOP to SMS messages 

  • Contacting us at info@dressmezee.com 

Unsubscribing does not affect transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations). 

Omnisend & Attentive roles 

Both Omnisend and Attentive act as our data processors and process your data only on our instructions.

17. International Privacy Rights & Regional Disclosures 

This section applies in addition to the rest of this Privacy Notice if you are located in one of the regions listed below.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, we process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). 

Your rights mirror those set out in Section 14 of this notice, including the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. 

We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) for international transfers where required. 

17.2 United States (California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other state laws) 

Some US state privacy laws give residents additional rights. 

If you are a resident of a state with a privacy law in force, you may have the right to:

If you are located in Australia, we handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
